Yes, you are allowed visitors. Visitors must register at the Front Desk using the Visitor Log for contract tracing. A maximum of 6 people in a room which includes visitors.
Our Housekeeping policies have been modified to support the health and safety of our guests and team members. In doing so, daily Housekeeping services are suspended for the time being. Should you require any extra amenities during your stay, you can call Front Desk and they will have the items delivered outside your guestroom door.
Yes, our hotel requires that guests and all other individuals entering the hotel wear a mask or face covering when in indoor public areas (including the lobby, elevators and guestroom hallways).

Pets are welcome at the Ramada Penticton Hotel & Suites with no restriction on types or size. For a nightly charge of $15 plus applicable taxes per pet, guests with pets will be located in designated pet guestrooms Pet owners are expected to be responsible for any damage or cleaning charges that may occur while at the hotel. To comply with health code regulations, pets are not allowed in the pool area, fitness centre or food and beverage outlets at any time during the stay. The Station Public House and Blue Tail Grill offer Vegetarian and Gluten-Free options. Please ask your server for Vegan options and we will try and accommodate any dietary requirements.

A deposit of one night’s room and tax is required at the time of booking for reservations booked from April 15th – October 15th. Deposit requirements are confirmed at the time of booking. If a cancellation occurs outside 48 hours prior to arrival, no penalties apply and the deposit is fully refunded. If a cancellation occurs inside 48 hours prior to arrival, 1st night’s room and tax will apply as a penalty. A cancellation number is provided at the time of notification, confirming the cancellation. Cancellation policy is subject to change and may be extended for special events.
Notification of departure changes must occur 24 hours prior to the new check-out date. An early departure fee of up to one night’s room and tax may apply on all reservations.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Debit and Cash may be used for payment upon check out. We do not accept cash, Prepaid Credit Cards, Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit to guarantee rooms at check-in.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional adults are subject to a $20 charge plus taxes per person per night. Adults are 18 years and older.

Yes, we offer a fitness centre which is located on the Second floor of the South Lobby and equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical and free weights. Use your room key for entrance. Available from 6:00am – 10:00pm.
Room Service is available 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. Hours may vary.
There is no room service available for breakfast and during special occasions/events.
We have a business facility located in the lobby reception. The business centre has 3 computers and a printer to use complimentary.
Ramada Penticton Hotel & Suites has a heated outdoor pool located in the Courtyard, open seasonally from approximately May 21 – September 21 (Weather Permitting). The Courtyard also features a hot tub which is open year-round. Hours are 9:00am – 10:00pm.
We do not have an on-site spa facility available. Guest services would be more than happy to assist you with some spa recommendations in the Penticton area.
We offer two self-service laundry facilities on our property. We also have a valet laundry/dry cleaning service that provides excellent service.
For same-day service please drop off your valet bag at Guest Services before 8:00 am. Valet service is not available weekends.
