How do I get to the hotel?

You may find directions to the hotel on our Location page.

What are your cross streets?

We are located on the corner of Eckhardt Avenue & Comox Street.

Do you have onsite parking?

Ramada Penticton Hotel & Suites offers complimentary parking to all guests of the hotel.

Are pets allowed off leash on property?

Pets must be on a controlled leash at all times when not inside of the guestrooms.

How many pets are allowed in guest room?

2 Pets are allowed per guestroom.

Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?

For a nightly pet charge of $15 plus applicable taxes per pet. Pet owners are expected to be responsible for any damage or cleaning charges that may occur while at the hotel. Pets are welcome at the Ramada Penticton Hotel & Suites with no restriction on types or size. Guests with pets will be located in designated pet guestrooms. To comply with health code regulations, pet are not allowed in the pool area, fitness centre or food and beverage outlets at any time during the stay.

Do you offer Vegetarian, Vegan or Gluten-Free options?

We offer Vegetarian and Gluten-Free options. Please ask your server for Vegan options and we will try and accommodate any dietary requirements.

Do you have a patio?

Yes, it is open seasonally from May 15th to October 1st. (Weather dependent)

Do you allow minors to dine in the restaurant?

Yes, minors are allowed in restaurant until 10pm and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

What are the hours of the poolside bar?

The Blue Tail Poolside Bar is open from 11am – 7pm in July and August.

What are the hours of the restaurant on property?

THE STATION PUBLIC HOUSE

Breakfast: Daily, 7:00 am – 10:30 am

Lunch & Dinner:

Sunday-Thursday, 11:30 am – 11:00 pm

Friday–Saturday, 11:30 am – 12:00 am

*Food Service will end an hour before closing.

Do you offer Cots or Playpens? Is there a charge?

Ramada Penticton Hotel & Suites offers cots based on availability for $10/night. Playpens are also based on availability and are free of charge.

What is your deposit/cancellation policy?

A deposit of one night’s room and tax is required at the time of booking for reservations booked from April 15th – October 15th. Deposit requirements are confirmed at the time of booking. If a cancellation occurs outside 48 hours prior to arrival, no penalties apply and the deposit is fully refunded. If a cancellation occurs inside 48 hours prior to arrival, 1st night’s room and tax will apply as a penalty. A cancellation number is provided at the time of notification, confirming the cancellation. Cancellation policy is subject to change and may be extended for special events.

Do you have an early departure fee?

Notification of departure changes must occur 24 hours prior to the new check-out date. An early departure fee of up to one night’s room and tax may apply on all reservations.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Debit and Cash may be used for payment upon check out.

Is my ID/passport required at check in? Is a credit card required at check in?

We do require a government issued photo ID at the time of check in for all reservations. All guests are also required to provide a credit card at check in.

Do you have rooms with kitchenettes?

We do have a limited number of Kitchenette Rooms on the property. These rooms include a fireplace, 2 stove top burners, refrigerator, microwave, sink or wetbar, complete dishware for four, and pots and pans

Do you have rooms with kitchens?

We do have a limited number of Suites with kitchens on the property. These Suites include a fireplace, living room, a dining area and a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink or wetbar, dishwasher, complete dishware for four, and pots and pans.

Do you have connecting rooms?

We do have a limited number of connecting rooms on our property. This is on a request basis and cannot be guaranteed.

What age do kids stay for free?

Kids 17 and under stay for free, when accompanied by an adult.

Is there a charge for an extra person?

Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional adults are subject to a $20 charge plus taxes per person per night. Adults are 18 years and older.

How much tax will I be charged on my room?

The hotel tax is currently set at 15% in addition to the stated room price (8% PST, 5% GST, 2% AHRT)

What if I left an item at the hotel?

For lost items, please contact the hotel directly. If you can do so as soon as you realize your item is missing it is more likely that your item can be found. The hotel will then advise you on how to get the item returned to you.

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

Ramada Penticton Hotel & Suites is non-smoking hotel. However; smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Please consult with Guest Services on the location of the designated areas. A Room Recovery Fee will be charged for smoking in guestrooms.

Is there a golf course near by?

Yes, The Penticton Golf and Country Club is located next door to the hotel and is a short 200 metre walk.

When is check in/check-out time?

Check in time is anytime after 3 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.

Do you offer complimentary wifi?

Yes, we offer complimentary high-speed internet which is available throughout the entire property.

Do you have a fitness centre?

Yes, we offer a fitness centre which is located on the Second floor of the South Lobby and equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike and elliptical. No free weights available. Use your room key for entrance. Available from 6:00am – 10:00pm.

Do you offer room service? What are the hours?

Room Service available Sunday – Thursday from 11:30am – 9:30pm

Room Service available Friday & Saturday from 11:30am – 10:30pm

There is no room service available for breakfast and during special occasions/events.

Do you have a business centre?

We have a business facility located in the lobby reception. The business centre has 3 computers and a printer to use complimentary.

Do you have a pool and a hot tub?

Ramada Penticton Hotel & Suites has a heated outdoor pool located in the Courtyard, open seasonally from approximately May 15 – September 15 (Weather Permitting). The Courtyard also features a hot tub which is open year-round. Hours are 9:00am – 10:00pm.

Do you have a spa?

We do not have an on-site spa facility available. Guest services would be more than happy to assist you with some spa recommendations in the Penticton area.

Do you offer laundry service?

We offer two self-service coin-operated laundry facilities on our property. We also have a valet laundry/dry cleaning service that provides excellent service.
For same-day service please drop off your valet bag at Guest Services before 8:00 am. Valet service is not available weekends.
