Check-in and Check-out time
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00pm. If you require other arrangements, please request them prior to your arrival.
Availability of rooms cannot be guaranteed, however, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Check-out time is 11:00am.

Guest Registration

Upon check-in, all guests are required to present a credit card with proper photo identification. Credit cards are pre-authorized for an amount to cover room and taxes for the entire stay, plus a reasonable reserve for possible incidental charges. If a guest would like to pay by means other than the pre-authorized card they may do so at check-out.

Cancellation/Early Departure Policy

Reservations must be cancelled or date of arrival changed, 48 hours prior to arrival date in order to receive a full refund of your deposit or to avoid a penalty charge to your credit card of the first night room & taxes. The cancellation policy is subject to change for special events, such as Penticton Ironman when a 30-day cancellation policy is in effect. All cancellations will receive a cancellation number as confirmation of the cancelled booking.

A $150.00 early departure fee will be charged to any reservation that check-out prior to the original departure date. The fee may be avoided by changing the departure date at check-in or providing a minimum 24 hours notice of the departure change.

Rates

All rates are based on availability and subject to change without notice. Rates are guaranteed with a confirmation number at the time of booking

Deposit Policy

We require an advance deposit of the first night room & taxes during Peak season, (April 15th – October 15th), as well as during any special events. Please check for full deposit requirements at the time of booking.

Special Requests

At the time of booking, reservation agents can only confirm a specific room type. Unfortunately, we can not confirm room numbers and/or location of the guestroom. If you have any special requirements, please request them at the time of booking. We will make every effort to accommodate your request on the date of arrival.
We will guarantee special requests at an additional fee of $30.00 per night per room.

Pet Policy

Guests are welcome to bring their pets, as we are a pet friendly Hotel. A pet room must be requested at the time of booking and a $15.00/pet per night charge will be applied to your reservation.

Extra Person Charge

$20.00 plus taxes per person per night. (Children under the age of 17 are free when they share a room with an adult).
